<![CDATA[Write Line Inner Sheating at PT. KMI Wire and Cable has idle time due to processing time on Unbalanced work stations sometimes cause stop lines. Fromcalculations it is known that the cycle time gap / cycle time obtained is as big as 109.2 seconds and the figure is taken based on the biggest time from 6 stations existing work. The author intends to examine the causes of its occurrence processing time delays that occur on the Inner Sheating line and deliver give suggestions for future improvements. This research uses line balancing method and production system layouts. Among them is looking for the cycle time at the 6 largest stations as a reference in determining the next calculation, calculating the company's capacity, determining the efficiency of the machine, calculating the number of machines, adding the number of machines and additional floor area. Data is taken from field observations and records. The author uses two methods, namely the line balancing method and the system method production layout. he line balancing method and production layout system that has been carried out can be causing it to be able to meet market demand of 17,688 coils / month with the addition of machines / work stations, the required floor area is 14 m² with details, 7 m² at the Inner Sheat workstation and 7m² at the Outer Sheat station.]]>

<![CDATA[Dendrophthoe pentandra (L.) Miq is a parasitic plant with medicinal potential found in 3000 other plant species. The duku parasite is usually considered a parasite on the duku plant and is often discarded because it is thought to interfere with the growth of the duku plant. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the duku parasite leaf extract on the reduction of malondialdehyde (MDA) in hyperglycemic rats. MDA levels were measured by thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance (TBARS) assay with doses of duku mistletoe leaf ethanol extract of 400, 200, and 100 mg/kg BW. MDA levels were analysed using rat blood plasma, which was measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 532 nm. Oral administration of EEDBD 400, 200, and 100 mg/kg BW reduced MDA levels in hyperglycemic rats. However, only EEDBD 400 mg/kg BW showed a significant difference between the negative control (CMC-Na), but with glibenclamide and the normal groups, there was no significant difference.]]>

<![CDATA[Muay Thai is a martial art from Thailand that uses punches and various clinching movements. Muay Thai is one martial art whose popularity is growing and is in great demand, including in Indonesia. However, very few people still know the basics of this Muay Thai martial art. Therefore, a media that can introduce Muay Thai martial arts is needed. In this study, to introduce the basic movements of Muay Thai martial arts, Virtual Reality technology is used, which aims to make it easier for users to understand and practice basic Muay Thai movements correctly. In this study, the method used to design virtual reality games is the Sattolo Shuffle algorithm which functions to generate unique and different randomized Muay Thai movement animation results. To measure the level of user acceptance of learning Muay Thai using VR technology, the GUESS method is used. From the result of GUESS method, it was found the user acceptance rate is 83.84%, which means the user is "satisfied" with the application that has been made to learn basic Muay Thai. Based on this level of acceptance, it can be concluded, that the virtual reality game introducing Muay Thai using the sattolo shuffle algorithm can be used as an alternative tool to learn basic Muay Thai.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia’s sugar productivity is low and requires improvement. Producing new superior sugar varieties may increase sugar productivity. In 2019, a polycross between female SIL 04 and male 6535, PS 881, and Bululawang made 11 potential clones. Therefore, it is necessary to determine each clone's characteristics. This research aimed to determine superior clones that generate higher crystal production than the female parents. The research location was the Agricultural Technology Research and Assessment Installation (Instalasi Penelitian dan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian - IP2TP) Karangploso from December 2020 until November 2021. The clones and female parents (SIL 04) were arranged in a Randomized Block Design using 2 replications. The research result showed that 9 clones (MLG 19/P6/1, MLG 19/P6/4, MLG 19/P6/5, MLG 19/P6/6, MLG 19/P6/8, MLG 19/P6/9, MLG 19/P6/11, MLG 19/P6/13 and MLG 19/P6/16) produced more crystals (7.07-12.95 t/ha) than the female parents (5.82 t/ha). To sum up, increasing sugarcane productivity improves crystal yields.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and emotional intelligence on turnover intention in employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro. Methods This research uses the causality method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro. The number of samples used was as many as 150 respondents. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are as follows: Job stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention in employees of PT ISS Indonesia. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on the turnover intention of PT ISS Indonesia employees. Emotional intelligence has a significant negative effect on the turnover intention of PT ISS Indonesia employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalization is needed by manufacturing companies in organizing sustainable, data-driven, effective and efficient, safe defence and security equipment production activities. Utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) in Indonesia is said to still have many deficiencies, resulting in many cases of data leakage, both government and private sector data. The purpose of this research is to review the conditions of the use of the IoT in various industrial sectors, the challenges, and the potential for development in the Indonesian defence industry. A literature review approach is combined with a qualitative method in this study. The results of this study found that the application of IoT to Indonesia's defence industry is necessary in order to increase the level of local content, complement and strengthen defence and security equipment, and reduce the burden of production activities. In addition to production needs, IoT can filter information or data on weapons or combat vehicles when used in field tasks and then become the basis for making subsequent products.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of internal auditor on company value, audit quality on company value, internal audit on company value with the audit committee as a moderating variable and audit quality on company value with the audit committee as a moderating variable in consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a casualty approach. This study totaled 54 companies and was sampled as many as 12 companies using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of partial and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), it can be concluded that: 1) Internal Auditor does not have a significant effect on Company Value, 2) Audit Quality has a significant effect on Company Value, 3) The Audit Committee cannot moderate the influence of Internal Auditor on Company Value, 4) The Audit Committee can moderate the effect of Audit Quality on Company Value.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explores and focuses on the nursing profession, because there is still a lack of research in knowing the relationship between nurse leadership styles and nurse performance. Data collection by interviews, questionnaires and observations on inpatient nurses at Rotal Prima Hospital Medan. This study tries to examine the influence of the Job Performance Nurse dimension which is influenced by the dimensions of the Transactional Leadership Style and the Transformational Leadership Style of Head Nurses. This research is associative, with a quantitative method approach, using a descriptive correlational research design. The research was validated using SPSS-26 with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Transactional Leadership Style and Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Nurse Job Performance. The results of this study, we found that nurse leaders must have a good transformational leadership style so that leaders can help and encourage their subordinates in providing training and achieving their work goals properly. Nurse leaders are more likely to adopt a transformational leadership style. The results of this study also show that transactional leadership can affect nurse performance, although it is even better if the head nurse performs transformational leadership.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether financial knowledge influences financial management behavior, to determine whether financial attitudes affect financial management behavior, and to determine whether financial knowledge and financial attitudes influence financial management behavior. The research method used is quantitative method and uses secondary data and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents who were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 19 questions. The sample consisted of 76 respondents from a population of 314 business actors using the cluster sampling technique. The scale of measurement uses a Likert scale. Data analysis included: validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and test of the coefficient of determination. The data analysis technique of this research uses SPSS. The findings of this study show that (1) financial knowledge has a significant influence on financial management behavior in micro business actors in Sail District, (2) financial attitudes have a significant influence on financial management behavior in micro business actors in Sail District, and (3) financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a significant influence on financial management behavior in micro business actors in Sail District.]]>

<![CDATA[Jet-1 Agribun is one of the Indonesian Jatropha new varieties suitable for rainfed areas with a high yield of dry seed and oil content. The field trial was conducted at Asembagus Experimental Station in Situbondo, East Java from February to December 2019 and aimed to observe the potential of Jatropha Jet-1 Agribun under rainfed conditions. Observation on seed yield and growth components of Jatropha plantation was also made in two and three years old Jet-1 Agribun. Results of the observation showed that Jet-1 Agribun in the first year produced seed 471.8 kg/ha. A two-year-old plant produced a dry seed of 3,958.7 kg/ha. Three-year-old plants after pruning produced dry seed 910.95 kg/ha and 916.04 kg/ha at 1 m x 1 m and 2 m x 2 m, respectively, indicating that wider spacing is more allowable for cropping with food crops until the canopy closes. Development of Jatropha should be integrated with food crops or other crops through intercropping systems, by using the land around the plants until the canopy closes.]]>
